How the software is used

QPSMR is used by many companies throughout the world to process satisfaction surveys, product tests, advertising awareness, business-to-business, mystery shopping, panel research, quality control, and social and opinion polls.

Using QPSMR questionnaire design is a simple, straightforward process. There are many design shortcuts, with full cut and paste facilities, which makes for a really speedy survey set up!

QPSMR has an innovative approach to data entry, which is fast and fully controlled. The software has many features to help you to check data quality, a verification option to ensure accuracy, and many different ways to produce summaries of the information collected. Furthermore, if you or your clients would like to use QPSMR data with another program, this is no problem, as you can simply export the data, choosing the exact format required.

When it comes to analysis the data you have collected (or information generated from almost any other program) can be analysed using the powerful, yet easy to use, cross tabulation system included in QPSMR. Table based statistics can be added, and your tables may be weighted, and also cut and pasted into other programs, as you wish.

And how about giving your project managers, executives or clients a little more? The QPSMR Reflect program (available for FREE download) is ideal for "end user extra analysis".

Whichever QPSMR program you choose, we are on hand to help you make full use of the software. There is a QPSMR support help-line, where trained staff are ready to give advice on all aspects of the program; tutorial documents are supplied with the software, and training is also offered.

Software Suite

QPSMR Insight

QPSMR Insight is the complete research and analysis program, suitable for all levels of user. This innovative software includes simple survey set up, fully controlled, easy-to-use data entry, as well as an immensely powerful cross tabulation system. This program is ideal for processing paper and CAPI surveys, quickly and efficiently. QPSMR Insight users are able to create files needed by the QPSMR Input and QPSMR Reflect software (available for FREE download) and are eligible to receive the QPSMR Companion program (standard version).

QPSMR CATI / QPSMR Telin

QPSMR CATI is especially designed for conducting telephone interviews. This program, not only includes all of the features from QPSMR Insight, it extends the system to provide specialist CATI facilities, such as serial number allocation, quota control, sample management and appointments. QPSMR Telin is used by interviewers to collect CATI data. QPSMR CATI users are able to create files needed by the QPSMR Input and QPSMR Reflect software (available for FREE download) and are eligible to receive the QPSMR Companion program (standard version).

QPSMR Companion
QPSMR Companion is a new program which enhances the facilities available in QPSMR Insight and QPSMR CATI. A standard version is available (free of charge) with every QPSMR Insight and QPSMR CATI lease. It is also possible to lease a QPSMR Companion Extended Facilities version which includes even more questionnaire definition short cut features, data extract and raw data file functions.

QPSMR Solo
QPSMR Solo is the easy-to-use survey software, especially designed for customers who wish to process non-complex paper based projects on their own PC. For small research companies, or users with straightforward survey requirements, QPSMR Solo is the perfect, cost effective solution.

QPSMR Input - FREE download

QPSMR Input software is available to anyone who wishes to enter data from paper questionnaires into a pre-defined QPSMR questionnaire. It is ideal for use by in-house data entry staff, outworkers and companies who specialise in providing a data capture service. QPSMR Input may be used for personal interviewing (CAPI) and in hall tests. Data may be entered using a mouse or keyboard and all information can be checked as it is input, and updated and verified as required. QPSMR Input may NOT be used for telephone interviewing.

QPSMR Reflect - FREE download

QPSMR Reflect is the end user analysis software. Ideal for use by clients, executives and project managers, it allows the user to produce extra cross tables in a matter of minutes. Everyone feels confident working with QPSMR Reflect as the data itself cannot be accessed. Data lists, new variables, filters and statistical tests can easily be included and information from tables can be copied and pasted into other programs as required.

QPSMR Command Language
QPSMR Command Language is a specialist system designed for experienced spec writers, who prefer to use a programming language to control their data processing, rather than making selections from menus and windows.
